Awesome old design by our friend Stavros Giannopolous (The Atlas Moth / Twilight) from back in 2009. I believe these were made originally for the 'Assassins: Black Meddle Pt. 1' record release show in Chicago in a small batch of maybe 30. I see bootlegs on eBay occasionally that feature just the front art.....and I don't remember what we put on the back of the original after all these years (haha) so I designed an updated back design for this featuring a large gold NM sigil over the words "Chiraq, IL USA Est. 2000" The term "Chiraq" is pretty self-explanatory, referencing to the fact that Chicago's bad neighborhoods have been increasingly insane violent warzones for decades now. Seemed appropriate with the rifles on either side for good measure.

When we lived in Chicago, we lived in East Garfield Park and Humboldt Park. That earned us the right to do a design with a 'Chiraq' theme! Craziest places I've ever lived and likely ever will.
